To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do. Rest is hiring an Analyst, Portfolio Analytics to transform member and employer data into actionable insights. You’ll produce accurate reporting across the Member portfolio, evaluate the performance of key initiatives, and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making. You’ll partner across Member and the broader business to ensure analytics are clear and aligned to enterprise priorities, and coordinate member and employer data governance with the Enterprise Data team. What you’ll do Produce and continuously improve performance reporting and dashboards for the Member portfolio, including key metrics for senior leaders. Analyse data across member experience, acquisition, retention and engagement to identify trends, issues and opportunities. Prepare clear, concise insights and narratives that inform leadership, governance forums and cross‑functional decision‑making. Support governance processes and materials (e.g. for CMO and GM MVC), including summaries of progress, risks and required decisions. Collaborate with teams across Experience Design, Journeys, Research & Insights, Digital, Marketing, Workplace, Product, Risk, Finance and Strategy to align data, assumptions and performance measures. Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability across all reporting and analytics outputs.
