You will work closely with real estate agencies and property companies across VIC, placing professionals into short-term and ongoing assignments. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your industry knowledge becomes your biggest strength. What You’ll Be Doing Learning the recruitment ropes from a real estate professional who’s successfully made the move Building relationships with real estate agencies and property companies Managing and growing a network of candidates Filling urgent temporary and contract roles across the real estate and property sectors including residential and commercial property managers, sales administrators, PAs/EAs, receptionists and retail facilities managers Providing industry insight and support to clients Working collaboratively with a national team of recruiters About You Background in Real Estate or Property A professional communicator who enjoys working with people Driven, organised and commercially minded, with a strong sense of urgency Possibly curious about real estate sales for the challenge and potential earnings but unable to commit to a 6-day work week - we work Monday to Friday!
