Description Develop and deliver accurate and timely financial and operational reports to support decision-making. Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide tailored solutions. Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to streamline data access for stakeholders. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes. Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies in reporting systems. Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed. Profile A successful Senior Reporting & Insights Analyst should have: A degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Excel. Experience in the Life Science industry or a similar sector is highly regarded. The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement. Job Offer Competitive daily rate of $580 to $660 AUD super.
