Your Opportunity In this pivotal role within the Enterprise Risk & Compliance function , you will provide enterprise-wide oversight, guidance and assurance across Anglicare’s diverse and highly regulated service portfolio. Operating as a second-line of defence , you will strengthen organisational compliance maturity, support regulatory readiness and provide trusted advice to leaders across aged care, disability, community services, housing and corporate operations. Through sound judgement, strong regulatory expertise and collaborative leadership, you will help safeguard Anglicare’s mission, reputation and service commitments. With integrity and resilience, you will: Lead and continuously improve Anglicare’s enterprise compliance management framework Provide independent oversight and challenge of first-line compliance activities Oversee regulatory obligations management and monitor legislative change Support organisational readiness for audits, accreditation and regulatory engagement Provide high quality compliance reporting to Executive Leadership and Board committees Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on compliance risks, incidents and emerging trends What you’ll bring You are a confident, values aligned compliance professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and brings clarity, pragmatism and influence to your work. You bring: Tertiary qualifications in law, business or risk management, or significant experience in a second-line compliance role Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk, audit or regulatory roles within aged care, disability, health, community services or a similarly regulated sector Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, obligations management and the three lines of defence Proven ability to interpret legislation, regulatory standards and guidance Excellent communication skills and the confidence to constructively challenge and influence Why Anglicare?
