The Opportunity Based in a modern Brisbane CBD office, you’ll work across a diverse insurance litigation practice, including: Workers’ compensation Public and occupiers’ liability Self-insurance matters Catastrophic and serious injury claims Accident compensation and CTP claims Policy interpretation ADR and litigation You’ll also gain exposure to complex, high-value matters, including multi-million-dollar disputes involving multiple parties and cross-claims.
