About The Role If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, we want you to fulfil our Full-Time role of Support Officer. Reporting to the Client Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service to new and existing clients. The role will require you to collaborate with teams across the organisation including, but not limited to, our clinics, business development, finance, systems and bookings. DUTIES This role will assist and/or be responsible for following areas: Managing queries and providing support to new and existing clients Triaging enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders to relevant internal teams Coordinating the onboarding of new clients accounts Trouble-shooting system access issues for clients Developing quotations Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business Providing administrative and practical support to internal teams as required Updating client databases Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following: Strong administrative and/or receptionist background Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders Well-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills High accuracy level and attention to detail Computer know how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded Analytical & problem solving skills Highly organised with excellent time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Team player, contributor, and self-motivation a must!
