The Role Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role across both front desk and administrative functions in a fast-paced specialist environment. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for patients Managing a high volume of incoming calls and enquiries Coordinating and booking procedures Processing billing, accounts and Medicare Assisting technical staff with patient flow and care Preparing patients for examinations and procedures Data entry and general administration Supporting the Practice Manager with ad hoc projects About You Previous experience in a specialist or busy medical practice Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Confident managing high call volumes and competing priorities Professional presentation and communication Compassionate, empathetic and patient-focused Proactive with a positive, team-oriented attitude You will thrive in a large team environment and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
