Description: About The Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Transport Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling and allocating driver runs to ensure out customer requirements are met. Key responsibilities and duties: Scheduling the vehicle loads. Schedule drivers runs accurately. Reviewing and consolidating driver's paperwork. Conduct and report an accurate daily debrief for all drivers. Liaising with drivers throughout the day to ensure they are progressing well, meeting deliver schedule and staying within fatigue limits. Liaising with customers and updating order status and enquiries. Proven ability to achieve delivery KPI's. Have an excellent knowledge of the geographical layout of Ingleburn and Surrounding Areas. Budget experience and IBT and LPG experience is advantegeous. Detailed knowledge of load configurations, weights, and allocation is preferred. High level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word essential. Pronto and ignition system knowledge is desirable but not essential. Extensive Knowledge of safety and compliance is essential.
