This is a Team Coordinator, Settlements role with SG Fleet AU based in Sydney, NSW, AU SG Fleet AU Role Seniority - senior More about the Team Coordinator, Settlements role at SG Fleet AU About The Role The Team Coordinator, Settlements oversees the daily activities of the Settlements team and is responsible for the settlement and lease activation of new deliveries requested by SG Fleet’s clients and the management of part and progress payments where required. This role is responsible for delivering 100% compliance against SG Fleet settlement and lease activation KPI and SLA targets. It is also responsible for the efficient and professional management of all Funders, team members and general SG Fleet requirements. Tasks And Responsibilities Manage key events/tasks of the settlement process life cycle - with all stakeholders, in accordance with SG Fleet policy and procedures. Monitor KPI and SLA performance and manage change to ensure the companies commitments and goals are met. Coach and develop team members in settling deals with the Financier and providing optimal customer service to SG Fleet portfolio. Demonstrate leadership behaviour to develop staff, build a positive work culture where people aspire to excel, while maintaining high productivity levels. Ensure team’s workload is managed effectively and identify any potential issues that may impact the business. Develop maintain and foster relationships with all internal staff and departments to enhance the understanding of lease activations, to help sales achieve the results they require to build SG Fleet’s leasing portfolio. Develop, maintain and manage relationships with the key Financiers to ensure that the team efficiently deliver on our commitments. Respond to any complaints and queries from both employees and employers, internal and external, and resolve the cause of any problems identified quickly, efficiently and in a view to promote best customer service practices. Manage the Settlements Pipeline via reports on all deliveries. Ensure that the data entered by and or managed by the Settlements team is accurate and up to date at all times. Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement with an aim to maximize efficiencies and reduce financial risk. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or any Business-related degree is desirable. Effective negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and implement change management strategies. Experience in leading, motivating and developing team members to their full potential. Track record of solving problems by working consultatively with others and demonstrated capability to take the lead and make decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop people and build positive work culture. Sound knowledge of the documentation required to settle a vehicle finance agreement is ideal. Prior experience in a role where you dealt directly with financiers, customers and suppliers. Previous experience in Leasing is desirable.
