This is achieved through capacity building partner organisations to provide high quality sexual and reproductive health services including clinical services, resource development and professional education in the Pacific region. The role includes the planning, development and delivery of resources, courses, workshops and training, including the implementation of clinical quality improvement systems and processes. This role also includes project coordination, contributions to monitoring and reporting and support relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders. The role requires clinical sexual and reproductive health knowledge, skills and experience, sound clinical judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The International Nurse Educator will maintain a clinical load in order to retain clinical expertise and will work across metropolitan Sydney clinical sites. This role sits within the International Programme team. The position will be required to travel to Pacific countries as part of project activities, including after hours and weekend travel.
