This role suits an OT who: Is confident managing an independent caseload Has strong NDIS report writing skills Understands restrictive practices, Assistive Technology (AT), and functional assessments Works autonomously while valuing team collaboration Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse NDIS caseload Deliver life skills programs for our Young Adults Group Conduct comprehensive assessments Provide person-centred, evidence-based interventions Complete high-quality NDIS reports, including: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) Assistive Technology (AT) assessments Minor and complex home modification reports (if experienced) Liaise with Support Coordinators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to positive participant outcomes About You AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist Minimum 2 years’ experience within the NDIS sector (essential) Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, funding categories, and reporting requirements High-level report writing skills Confident working autonomously Strong organisational and time management skills Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Own ABN and relevant insurances (or willingness to obtain) Required Checks NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check First Aid & CPR Comprehensive Car Insurance Why Join Step Up?
