Uphold customer commitments by consistently meeting Life Insurance Code of Practice and risk framework obligations. Achieve underwriting volume and quality outcomes that support business growth and portfolio integrity. Build trusted relationships with fund partners through clear, timely and effective communication. Resolve adviser, fund and partner enquiries or escalations to positive and compliant outcomes.
