Join a supportive team delivering high-quality, person-centred services to predominantly adult NDIS participants across multiple locations in Sydney. About the Role This role focuses primarily on adult participants , supporting individuals with physical, intellectual, and neurological conditions to achieve their goals, improve independence, and increase participation in everyday life. You’ll work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other professionals, with the autonomy to manage your own caseload across community settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver Occupational Therapy services aligned with participants’ NDIS goals Conduct assessments including: Functional Capacity & ADL Assessments Home & Environmental Assessments Assistive Technology & Equipment Prescription Assess needs relating to mobility, seating, transport, and personal care Recommend and prescribe assistive equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, adaptive devices) Provide interventions targeting functional performance, motor skills, and sensory needs Support participants to increase independence and engage in their local community Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure services are delivered within NDIS funding guidelines Complete reports, documentation, and case notes What’s on Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Flexible working arrangements Multiple clinic and community locations across Sydney Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development opportunities Manageable caseload and realistic billables About You Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration (or pending) Experience or strong interest in adult caseloads (NDIS/community) Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report writing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for person-centred care and community inclusion Requirements Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Full working rights in Australia To Apply Please click the ‘APPLY’ button OR please contact Eddie at Henderson Healthcare on 08 6154 6919 or Eddie @hendersonhealthcare.com.au
