About the Role: The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for member engagement, retention, and driving commercial outcomes across their allocated territory. This territory oversees Sydney CBD/Northern Beaches/Wagga. The primary purpose of this role is to maximise member value and support compliance with agreed programs and standards. The Territory Manager will lead the delivery of our membership model through consistent, high-quality pharmacy visits, execution of business priorities, and by connecting members to the suite of programs and services available. Role & Responsibilities: Build strong member relationships that support retention, renewals, and deeper engagement. Identify each member's business needs and connect them to programs that create value. Coach pharmacy teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes. Ensure every visit adds value and builds trust. Collaborate with members to create business plans aligned with strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure ongoing satisfaction and minimise churn across the allocated territory. Proactively address member concerns, identify at-risk accounts early, and implement tailored retention strategies. Deliver consistent value through programs, services, and commercial support to ensure renewal and long-term partnership. Skills & Experience: 3 -5 years' experience in a similar account management/customer facing role in a complex workplace environment. 3 years in pharmacy/pharmaceutical, preferred. High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicate effectively and persuasively Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, and taking action to prevent them. Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role. Thorough understanding of Community Pharmacy.
