YOUR ROLE As a key member of in the winning Personal Injury team of this fast growing 1st-class integrated personal injury commercial law firm, being mentored by a STAND-OUT accredited specialist personal injury partner, you will love the VARIETYSTIMULATION managing your own files (approx. 60% CTP,30% workers compensation, 10% public liability ) and obtaining justice for plaintiff clients. Key responsibilities include obtaining client instructions, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with doctors/solicitors/insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, attending court/settlement conferences. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are admitted as a solicitor have minimum 12 months’ plus experience in personal injury law (including motor vehicle accidents/CTP preferably also workers compensation and/or public liability) as a lawyer ; Have had hands-on experience managing some of your own files highly autonomously from start to finish; love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environmen t ; have strong technical legal, research, drafting skills ; have a strong work ethic, are self-driven results-oriented ; love what you do are client-service focused have lots of positive energy .
