THE ROLE & THE TEAM We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join Hicksons|Hunt &Hunt in the in the Property and Estates team. This role will be based in our North Ryde office. WHAT YOU BRING The ideal candidate will have experience in: Acting for clients on residential conveyancing transactions Preparing and issuing lease documents for Landlord clients Basic review of lease documents when acting for lessee clients Obtaining property and company searches Negotiating basic amendments to lease documents File management of leasing matters Assisting with all aspects of Wills and Estates; such as preparation of Wills, EPOA's and associated estate planning documents, authorities and distribution statements Preparing probate applications, liaising with banks and beneficiaries, drafting supplementary documents and managing file administration from start to finish Billing and ad hoc duties as required Keeping information confidential. *This is a career paralegal role.
