This role offers exposure to a broad and complex range of personal injury and institutional abuse matters, acting for a diverse client base and working on matters of significant legal and social importance. What You'll Do Manage a varied caseload of personal injury and institutional abuse insurance matters Advise clients on liability, quantum, strategy and resolution Draft pleadings, advices, and correspondence Engage directly with clients, counsel, experts and other senior stakeholders Support Partner-led matters and mentor junior team members as appropriate Who We're Looking For You will be operating at Associate level with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience Come from either a defendant or plaintiff personal injury background Have experience (or a strong interest) in institutional abuse claims Demonstrate strong technical, drafting and analytical skills Are commercially minded, proactive and collaborative High level of professionalism and integrity Self-motivated with genuine ambition to develop expertise in insurance law What We Offer The opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner in a growing practice Exposure to high-quality, meaningful and complex matters A Supportive team environment, flexible working arrangements and genuine career development opportunities Ready to advance your legal career at a leading international firm?
