About the role SSI Legal is a growing immigration law practice within Settlement Services International (SSI Group), delivering high-quality legal services to employers and diverse communities. We’re seeking a highly organised Legal Administration Assistant / Paralegal to support both the operational and legal functions of the practice. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build or deepen their experience in migration law. Key responsibilities Manage client enquiries, onboarding, and file administration Coordinate diaries, appointments, and correspondence Prepare invoices and support billing processes Assist with visa applications and legal documents Prepare submissions, evidence bundles, and case materials Conduct legal and country research Monitor deadlines and procedural requirements About you Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Professional, client-focused, and empathetic approach Law or International Development student or graduate (LLB/JD) preferred Desirable Experience in a legal practice (migration highly regarded) Why join SSI Legal?
