Job Description The Team The APAC Marketing Strategy team sets the regional marketing and brand direction, partnering with product, channel, and country teams to align with company goals. We surface customer insights through research and data analytics, and drive marketing planning and performance across the region. Team members are based in Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. This role sits within the Market Data & Customer Analytics focus area, supporting markets across APAC. We're looking for a structured thinker with solid experience in customer analytics and marketing channels who can turn insight into action across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Insight generation — Analyse data to uncover actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behaviour. Data pipelines — Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers to support reporting and self-service analytics. Collaboration — Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to embed data-driven thinking into strategy and execution. Innovation — Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance analytics capabilities. Market intelligence — Monitor employment market trends to deliver insights to internal and external audiences. Advanced analytics — Build and deploy statistical models to solve business challenges. Optimisation — Improve performance and usability of dashboards, queries, and data tools. Data quality — Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytical output.
