About the role: The Campaign Strategy Director leads ARN’s national Creative Strategy team, shaping the ideas, storytelling and solutions that drive premium revenue across our entertainment ecosystem. You’ll guide a team of eight strategists, elevating the creative product and ensuring every response to brief is insight led, commercially impactful and aligned to ARN’s strategic priorities. This role sits at the heart of the presale process, partnering closely with sales, content, partnerships, insights and commercial strategy to deliver integrated, cross platform solutions across audio, digital audio, branded content, social, talent led ideas and experiential. In this role, you will: Lead, inspire and develop a high performing national team of Creative Strategists. Oversee the creative strategy process from brief to pitch, ensuring ideas are innovative, insight driven and commercially strong. Shape and elevate ARN’s creative product across audio, digital, social, talent led and experiential solutions. Partner with key stakeholders across sales, content, partnerships, insights and commercial strategy to deliver integrated responses. Drive strategic storytelling frameworks that strengthen ARN’s position with clients and agencies. Champion creative excellence and innovation, identifying new opportunities across the entertainment ecosystem. Lead the team through change, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum. Represent Creative Strategy in senior forums, influencing commercial direction and advocating for creative thinking across the business. About you: You’re an experienced creative or strategic leader who thrives on developing people, shaping ideas and driving commercial impact. You bring a passion for storytelling, a love of big thinking and a deep understanding of how creative solutions deliver results for clients. You’re collaborative, confident and energised by leading teams through change. You will bring: Senior level experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, media strategy or integrated creative leadership. Proven experience leading and developing creative or strategic teams. Strong storytelling, pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire clients and internal stakeholders. Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape, particularly audio, digital, branded content and partnerships. Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that drive commercial outcomes. Experience working across multiple platforms including audio, digital, social, branded content and experiential. Ability to lead through change with clarity, empathy and confidence.
