You will need to demonstrate : Previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment A confident, refined, and professional manner - both in person and over the phone Impeccable personal presentation Clear and articulate communication skills - both written and verbal Strong organisational and time management abilities The ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure High attention to detail, especially when taking and relaying messages A proactive mindset with the ability to follow structured processes precisely This is a full-time position, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and is best suited to a polished professional who thrives in a customer-facing role within a luxury environment.
