This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, ideal for someone looking to work 1 day per week, or 2 shorter days (school hours considered), with an immediate start. Your Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role supporting a specialised, compliance-based scheme that operates across Queensland. The role is administrative and finance-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, data handling and customer interaction. The workload increases during peak season (approximately June–August), where additional days may be required. Key Responsibilities Processing applications and payments over the phone Manual data entry, including vehicle registration and licence plate details Batch invoice printing and matching invoices to supporting documentation Preparing weekly print runs and coordinating mail-outs Reviewing large data files (up to 1,000 records) for accuracy and exceptions Entering and maintaining records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Producing and reviewing exception reports and resolving discrepancies Liaising with members, suppliers and occasionally truck drivers to clarify information Providing general finance and administrative assistance to the CFO as required About You Previous experience in finance administration, accounts, or data administration High attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of repetitive data Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with a broad range of stakeholders Strong systems skills (experience with Dynamics 365 highly regarded) Organised, reliable and able to work independently Available to work onsite in the Brisbane CBD 1–2 days per week What’s on Offer Immediate start Flexible working arrangements (school hours considered) Supportive, friendly workplace culture Exposure to a newly formed executive leadership team Onsite role in a central Brisbane CBD location 3 month role - possibility of extension This role would suit someone looking for part-time, flexible work who enjoys process-driven tasks, takes pride in accuracy, and can adapt during busy seasonal periods.
