You will be empowered to grow and oversee our NSW estimating unit from establishment, taking direct accountability for bids on a diverse portfolio of major projects. What you’ll do Win and deliver major civil infrastructure projects. Drive innovation in estimating practices through post-project reviews and the implementation of new processes. Develop strong, lasting client relationships. Develop pricing strategies, drive pre-tender planning sessions, and contribute to overall bid strategy. What you’ll bring 15 years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven ability to win work, lead teams, and deliver results.
