With a solid and expanding pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Building Certifier into a key, senior position within the business. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and certifying projects in line with relevant legislation and codes Reviewing plans, specifications, and documentation for compliance Conducting site inspections at key construction stages Providing clear, practical advice to clients and stakeholders Working closely with builders, architects, and engineers to drive outcomes What We're Looking For Registered Building Certifier (essential) Proven experience across commercial and/or residential projects Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced workload Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solutions-focused mindset The Opportunity for You This role is ideal for a Certifier who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, wants to take ownership of their work, and is looking to grow within a business that is genuinely on the rise.
