About the Role We are seeking an experienced Foreperson who has successfully managed residential construction projects independently from commencement through to completion. This role requires full ownership of site delivery, including trade coordination, quality control, WHS compliance, and programme management. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Independently manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades onsite Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a safe work environment Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and workflow Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients as required Coordinate inspections and oversee practical completion and project handover Skills and Experience Proven experience independently delivering at least one full residential construction project Demonstrated experience working on high-end or luxury residential builds (ideally $3M) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site management, and detailing Excellent communication and trade coordination skills White Card (essential) Stable and consistent employment history Highly Regarded Experience delivering luxury residential projects in Mosman or the Lower North Shore Established subcontractor and trade network Benefits Salary package commensurate with experience (starting from $140,000 Super) Opportunity to work on high-end residential projects Supportive and professional team environment Strong pipeline of upcoming projects About the Company This growing residential construction business specialises in delivering high-quality luxury homes and custom builds.
