About the role Partner, Harry Nicolaidis who has over 35 years' experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, leads the Brisbane practice. The firm represents public and private corporations across a range of industries including construction, energy, mining, oil, health, property, retail, hospitality and finance. You will be a key senior resource for the team and will have the opportunity to act on a broad range of matters including: general contractual disputes; corporate shareholder disputes; ACL claims and regulatory prosecutions; leasing and property related advice and disputes; defamation claims; and medical negligence claims. In this role you will provide exceptional legal advice to clients, conduct defence as required and appear in court. You will maximise the skill development of junior lawyers by supervising and coaching and supporting the partners in building the practice by seeking out and acting on new client opportunities. About you We are looking for a commercial litigator with 7 or more years of post-admission experience, who ideally has worked in a similar firm of a similar size. You should be proactive in your approach and possess strong problem-solving skills. A high level of client service is expected, as is excellent organisational skills, written and oral communication skills.
