About the role: In your role as Assistant Vice President you will work closely with the VP, Corporate Planning and Head of Human Resources in supporting the implementation of the bank’s change strategy and project initiatives across Oceania. You will assist with the successful adoption of business changes by supporting with project initiatives where stakeholder engagement is required, including roll out of new systems, processes and people strategies). What you’ll be doing: Project Initiatives Assist in delivery of bank projects and initiatives Leverage data analytics to gather scope, assess performance, measure impact of bank initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement and enhancement Employee Engagement Develop mechanisms for employee feedback, recognition and involvement (surveys, focus groups, digital tools, etc.) Coordination of employee engagement programs, bankaction plans and business unit action plans. Prepare materials to disseminate key program updates and outcomes Monitor culture and employee engagement trends using survey data, pulse feedback, and other metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Interpret results and create presentations to report on engagement trends for HR initiatives and programs Analytics & Reporting Track and report on change strategy outcomes, including the adoption, readiness and alignment with the Medium-Term Business Plan and strategic objectives Produce comprehensive quarterly and annual reports on change management initiatives, engagement and culture within the bank Assist in the coordination of any audits and regulatory examinations related to Corporate Planning initiatives/projects What we are looking for: 4 years’ experience in a similar or related role Diploma / tertiary qualifications in a related discipline Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapt to varied situations Project management experience Proficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products, including Excel and Powerpoint An understanding of HR processes and systems is highly desirable Our culture: MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
