This role will focus on design, governance, and promotion of career pathways that support workforce attraction, retention, and engagement. This strategic role collaborates closely with Nuclear Capability Development, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to build dynamic career development solutions across the business. We anticipate commencement of this role in early 2026. Responsibilities Develop and implement a structured approach to career mapping and pathway planning across ASC. Establish governance processes to ensure career maps remain current and reflect business needs. Collaborate with Nuclear Capability Development (NCD) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify diverse career pathways across disciplines. Leverage existing competency frameworks to build structured, discipline-specific career pathways. Design and deliver resources that support business understanding and adoption of career maps. Identify and recommend technology solutions to enable effective career planning and usage. Review and enhance secondment processes within People & Culture to better promote internal mobility and career opportunities. About You Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field, with demonstrated experience designing and implementing career pathways. Strong practical experience applying organisational development principles in a complex environment, including change management, leadership development, workforce capability planning and talent development. Able to work strategically while also delivering hands-on OD solutions, with a track record of designing tools, frameworks and development initiatives that are used in practice. Confident building relationships and influencing across multiple levels and functions, including senior leaders. Experience developing and maintaining governance frameworks, capability maps and career pathways that support workforce planning and organisational priorities. Experience in a similar OD or workforce capability role within a medium to large organisation. Skilled in producing high-quality documentation, presentations and visual materials that clearly communicate OD concepts. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or MS PowerPoint is highly desirable. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
