About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to generate consistent, high-quality leads and manage the full funnel from ad to conversion. This is not a general marketing role: it is suited to someone who enjoys testing, optimising and scaling campaigns based on performance. Some of your responsibilities will include: Managing and optimising paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Creating and testing high-converting offers Building or coordinating landing pages that convert Tracking and analysing campaign performance Continuously testing creatives, audiences, offers and funnels Scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones Driving both lead volume and lead quality Creating social media content and managing platforms Supporting graphic design and video editing About You The successful candidate will have: 4 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing Proven experience in lead generation (not just brand awareness) Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and conversion tracking Ability to think commercially and understand what drives conversions Experience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pages It would also be desirable if you had: Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages Experience with funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels CRM and lead tracking experience Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g. trades) What's in it for You?
