Your responsibilities will include: Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for distribution. RF Scanning: Operate RF scanners to ensure precise inventory management. Sorting & Labelling: Sort, label, and perform quality checks on products. Returns Processing: Handle and process customer returns efficiently. Manual Handling: Safely lift and move items up to 15kg. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment. Quality Control: Inspect and verify product quality standards. Order Processing: Manage both inbound and outbound orders. To Be Successful in This Role, You Must: Have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment. Be experienced in using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners. Be available to work full shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required. Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude. Be comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets. Have your own reliable transport, as public transport options are limited.
