They have an exciting opportunity for a Temp Site Engineer to join the Macquarie Park Bus Depot project team for 4-5 weeks. Working closely with Transport for NSW, this landmark project will support the rollout of approximately 150 battery electric buses—powering cleaner, greener public transport across Sydney’s lower North Shore and Northwest suburbs, from Chatswood through to Parramatta. This multi-million-dollar project will deliver critical infrastructure including electric bus charging stations, a wash bay, maintenance workshop, and administration building—helping shape the future of sustainable transport in NSW. As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering this high-profile project while building your career through hands-on experience, ongoing coaching, and professional development. Responsibilities: Identifying health and safety risks for workers and the public, ensuring compliance with SWMS, special processes, and corrective actions Managing environmental risks in line with project requirements, including Progressive ESCP processes Collating field data and maintaining accurate records to support productivity tracking and cost forecasting Preparing and managing quality documentation such as ITPs to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Reporting incidents, non-conformances, and near misses Building strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders .
