We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation project in Brisbane . This role is focused on delivering a modern, scalable customer portal that integrates seamlessly with core backend systems to digitize and automate essential services Starts date: ASAP until 30/06/2025 with potential extension Brisbane CBD, 2 days/week WFH $750 - $850 per day (Inc Super) You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from initial strategy and governance to execution and UAT leadership. You will ensure the solution is secure, user-friendly, and meets all functional and non-functional requirements Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Produce Test Strategies, RTMs, and define test cycles across System, E2E, UAT, and Regression. Execution: Perform system and integration tests for online forms, payment processes, and email automation. UAT Leadership: Plan and facilitate UAT with business SMEs, managing defect triage and sign-off preparation. Defect Management: Establish and manage defect processes, collaborating with Dev and SA teams for resolution. Quality Advocacy: Promote "shift-left" testing and maintain high-quality traceability from requirements to defects. Requirements Mandatory: Comprehensive experience with qTest (or similar) and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr). Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions) and automated testing tools like Provar or Selenium.
