Due to continued growth across ANZ, our client is now looking to hire a Presales Engineer to join in a newly created role to help support complex, high-value sales opportunities. You will be working closely alongside Account Executives who bring commercial and operational insight, while you provide the technical expertise - configuring, integrating, and validating how the platform delivers in complex environments. What They Can Do For You Hybrid work flexibility Opportunity to work for a global, high-growth SaaS business with a strong market presence Play a key role in complex, enterprise-level deals across ANZ Unlimited annual leave Additional birthday leave Competitive salary - $150K - $160K Base Super Bonus (depending on experience) Be part of a sales-led organisation with a high-performance team Strong internal support from Technical SMEs, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams Join a company that is a longstanding ProForce client, with a history of successful placements – our last placement in the sales team is already exceeding targets in year one Travel opportunities across client engagements, workshops, and industry events Ongoing professional development and clear career progression opportunities What You Can Do For Them Partner with five Account Executives and Senior Account Executives across ANZ to translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions Have experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar SaaS-based role Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making Have strong commercial awareness and understand how technical validation drives deal success Lead technical discovery conversations with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept Support RFP/RFI responses and validate technical aspects of proposed solutions Validate integrations, architecture, and feasibility across APIs, middleware, and cloud systems Provide guidance on data migration, system design, and platform capability Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and scalability Maintain clear documentation of solution designs and technical requirements Continuously improve technical sales processes and promote cross-functional collaboration.
