JOB DESCRIPTION: NAIL TECHNICIAN Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional and professional customer service at all times Provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care, and polish application Apply artificial nails including acrylic, gel, SNS, Gel X, and builder gel systems Recommend suitable nail designs and nail art based on client preferences Assess the condition of clients’ nails and provide appropriate nail care advice and treatments Maintain strict hygiene standards by sanitising all tools and equipment before each use Ensure workstations are clean, organised, and well-presented Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of nail and treatment supplies Provide personalised service and recommendations to enhance the customer experience Encourage client retention through re-bookings Work collaboratively within a team environment Assist with end-of-day cleaning and salon maintenance Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a nail salon in Australia Strong technical skills across a range of nail services Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and hygiene standards Salary : $68,000 – $76,000 per annum (depending on experience) Annual salary review and performance-based bonuses 2. JOB DESCRIPTION_ GENERAL CLERK Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating records, including client bookings, invoices, receipts, and inventory data. Performing data entry and ensuring accuracy of business and financial records. Assisting with payroll preparation, including collecting timesheets and maintaining staff attendance records. Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner. Managing appointment scheduling systems and coordinating client bookings. Preparing routine correspondence, reports, and business documents as required. Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records. Assisting with stock control, including monitoring inventory levels and preparing purchase orders. Supporting compliance requirements by organising and maintaining business documentation. Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff to support daily operations. Providing general administrative support to management as required. Skills and Experience Required: At least 1 year of relevant clerical or administrative experience (preferably in retail, hospitality, or beauty industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
