The Opportunity This on-site role provides advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and clinical intervention to residents within residential aged care services in the Cairns region. As a Nurse Practitioner with Access Aged Care , you will practise within a structured, multidisciplinary model — working collaboratively with on-site nurses, General Practitioners, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, and a highly experienced administrative team. This role is designed for a clinician who values clinical depth, autonomy and continuity of care. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, enabling thoughtful, relationship-based practice within a well-supported governance framework.
