It is a small team lead by two experienced Principal's. They have a relaxed and flexible culture and professional offices in Bondi Junction. You will be supported by a team of conveyancers and paralegals and report to the Principal's. About the role 4-6 years property law experience 50/50 conveyancing/leasing Leasing experience essential, including drafting and negotiating retail, commercial and industrial leases Conveyancing experience to include residential, commercial, company title, off the plan, transfers, knowledge of easements/restrictions, caveats and option agreements Sound knowledge of NSW property law and legislation A proactive attitude and commercial approach to legal practice Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills Able to run matters independently with minimal supervision Wills & estates experience helpful but not essential Why join this firm?
