Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and multi‑site customers. Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and expand category penetration across key markets. Manage your own territory pipeline, including reporting, forecasting, and tracking sales performance. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and category conversations to support customer needs. Provide product knowledge, pricing insights, and support to help partners maximise sell‑through. Collaborate with internal teams across operations, customer service, and procurement to support customer outcomes. Represent our client at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Travel within your region to maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. The Successful Applicant Proven sales or business development experience within hospitality, retail, food‑service, or wholesale channels. Strong background selling through distributors and engaging with decision‑makers in hospo/retail environments. Commercially focused with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Able to work autonomously, manage a territory, and drive consistent sales activity. Comfortable presenting to customers and supporting them with product knowledge and category guidance. Understanding of packaging, consumables, or FMCG‑adjacent industries is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
