Responsibilities PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively identify, qualify, and convert small-medium fleets ( Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top Truck, Parts and Tyre dealers to maximise sales and profit of Howmet products. Co-ordinate with Marketing on generating E-Commerce sales by creating opportunities at fleet. Actively co-ordinate with State BDM’s on medium-large Fleets (25 Trucks) leads to maximise conversion. Monitor and maximise the conversion of truck/trailer set quotations. Regularly update SF system with customer touch points and maintain opportunities. Maintain leads in SF. Co-ordinate with marketing on building sales of Howmet products online. Identification of new product and market opportunities to solve our customers problems. Back up for CSR’s Input of Sales Orders into system, inclusive of tyre fitting orders into the schedule. Release of Customer Orders as required. Maintain Open Sales Order File. Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly sales analysis and forecasting. Sales - downgraded product. Liaison with Stock Co-Coordinator for stock purchases OTHER: Reports and spreadsheets as directed by the Commercial Director. FREIGHT: Monitor contracted Carrier Performance - Cost/Service/Quality Minimize freight costs to Company Administer Company Freight Policy Qualifications Commercial background Outstanding relationship building skills and commercial flair Being familiar with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Accuracy and efficiency administrative tasks We would need an extraverted, initiative, collaborative person who can prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
