We are pleased to be partnering with a respected property developer and operator to appoint a Retirement Living Sales Consultant for a premium, established village in Melbourne’s west. This is an on-site role within a beautifully presented community of completed villas and apartments, working collaboratively alongside another Consultant. We are open to candidates ranging from a Sales Associate through to an experienced Sales Consultant, with flexibility to accommodate either 4 or 5 days per week (Monday to Friday only). The Opportunity This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where empathy, patience and professionalism are essential. You’ll guide prospective residents and their families through what is often a significant lifestyle decision, ensuring they feel supported, informed and confident throughout the journey. You will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end sales process of new and re-sale villas and apartments Qualifying and nurturing enquiry through consistent follow-up and database management Coordinating property listings across major portals and overseeing presentation, styling and photography Liaising with solicitors to facilitate exchanges and settlements Coordinating refurbishments of vacated homes to ensure timely turnaround and quality standards Actively networking within the local community to generate referrals and enquiries Monitoring competitor activity and providing market feedback About You Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate (essential) Experience in retirement living (highly regarded), OR project sales / residential real estate sales A consultative, empathetic and nurturing sales style Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Strong follow-up discipline and database management skills Professional presentation and excellent communication skills Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and family-influenced decisions You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with your fellow Consultant and the broader village team.
