Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Installation Technician to join our Electronics Team on a permanent full-time basis. About the Role This role is suited to a skilled, hands-on technician with proven experience installing and maintaining electronic security systems. You will work across a range of client sites, delivering high-quality installations and ongoing support for access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems. You will work closely with Project Managers and Operations to deliver small to medium installation projects and ensure systems are commissioned to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission electronic security systems including: Access Control Electronic Intruder Alarms CCTV systems Conduct site assessments and assist with system design and equipment placement Perform repairs, upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting of hardware and software Complete small to medium installation projects as directed by Operations Provide technical support and system training to clients Liaise with Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to specification Carry out routine maintenance and fault-finding Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Accurately document installations, servicing, and maintenance work Stay up to date with industry standards and emerging technologies Essential Skills & Experience Proven, hands-on experience installing and maintaining electronic security systems Strong knowledge of electronic circuitry, cabling, and system integration Experience with access control, alarm, and CCTV systems Ability to work independently and manage jobs on-site Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Preferred Technical Experience Integriti & Tecom Access Control and Intruder Systems CCTV platforms such as: Milestone NX Witness March Networks Axis Licences & Requirements Private Security Individual Registration Victorian Security Registration Open Cabling Registration Valid Australian driver’s licence Full-time, permanent work rights in Australia White Card (Red Card acceptable) EWP Licence (desirable) What We Offer Fully serviced company vehicle Company phone Power tools and test equipment provided External training on the latest technologies Competitive salary based on experience Long-term, stable role with a market leader Supportive, collaborative team environment Ongoing training and career development opportunities If you are a driven and experienced Security installation Technician with a passion for electronic security solutions, we invite you to join our Securecorp Electronics Team.
