The Successful Applicant A successful National Business Development Manager should have: Proven experience in business development within the power transformers or energy sectors. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
