Business Development Manager (Technical Solutions) Looking for your next step in technical sales? We're recruiting for a Technical Solutions BDM to grow a portfolio across fabrication, fire services, and engineered product ranges. This is a hands-on, relationship-led role for someone with a great attitude who enjoys getting out on-site, client facing, building rapport & trust, and bringing new business and projects on board! We're open to a range of experience levels - whether you've got 1-2 years in sales/BD and want to level up, or you're a seasoned 5 year performer ready to take ownership of a strong market opportunity. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in Jandakot. What you'll be doing Grow revenue across technical/engineered solutions (including fabrication & fire services) Build new business while strengthening existing accounts Become a trusted partner to contractors and project stakeholders (solution-focused, not transactional) Conduct regular site visits, follow opportunities through, and support project requirements Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and margin outcomes What we're looking for Motivated, reliable, and willingness to learn and upskill Confident communicator who can build rapport on-site and over the phone Organised - able to manage multiple quotes/opportunities at once Highly advantageous if you have exposure to: fabrication, fire services, HVAC/mechanical/electrical supply, or construction systems.
