You’ll develop strategic account plans, work closely with customers and stakeholders, and partner with marketing and solutions teams to drive new opportunities. Your sales expertise, industry insight, and understanding of IT operations will help you uncover and expand annuity business across your territory. In this role you will: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow existing accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Engage with customers and stakeholders to drive loyalty and repeat business, offering unique insights and solutions. Collaborate with Data3 marketing and solution teams to enhance business opportunities within your territory. Manage tenders and proposals, ensuring effective communication with account leads and the wider Data3 team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, leveraging opportunities for growth. Utilise data-driven insights to improve business decisions and apply financial value analyses to deal negotiations. Maintain sales forecasting and manage vendor bids/pricing to maximise margin returns. About You Minimum of 2 years sales experience with a proven track record in managing complex deals and growing existing business. Strong customer relationship and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored to different audiences. Ability to use and understand vendor tools and systems, and comprehend complex modelling options. Skills in business writing, active listening, and influencing customers with compelling value propositions.
