Reporting into a highly experienced and passionate Head of Department, with support from a dedicated Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 135 properties , with structured growth to a capped portfolio of 180 properties . You’ll be well-supported with leasing and inspection assistance , allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service. Additional support includes: PCRs outsourced 6-week inspections and final bond inspections (FBI) completed by the Property Manager Assistance from a Leasing team Experienced Property Management administrators (including help with out-of-office tasks) Efficient VAs to take care of administrative workload You’ll also be working with industry-leading systems including PropertyTree, IRE, Inspection Manager, Bricks Agent , and more. Location & Flexibility Eastern suburbs portfolio Office based in the CBD 1 day work from home available after probation Responsibilities Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors Routine inspections (6-week cycles) Final bond inspections Rental arrears management Maintenance coordination Our Ideal Candidate Minimum 2.5 years portfolio management experience Current WA Property Management registration with up-to-date CPD points Valid WA driver’s licence Experience with PropertyTree or similar cloud-based systems highly regarded If you have the required experience, please apply below.
