About the Role Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a detail-focused and organised Workforce Planning Administrator to join our WA team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our operations by providing mobilisation and administrative support to the Workforce Planning Coordinators. Working closely with Workforce Planning Coordinators, Project Managers, Recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders, you will provide administrative support by preparing schedules, maintaining records, processing travel documentation, and managing compliance-related administration to support efficient and timely project resourcing. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and proactively support multiple tasks will be essential to success in this role. Duties will include but not limited to Provide administrative support to Workforce Planning Coordinators for workforce mobilisation and demobilisation Completing compliance tasks such inductions, medicals, qualifications, and training records Coordinate booking flights and accommodation via third-party providers and client portals as directed Maintain accurate workforce data across internal and client systems Communicate travel arrangements and mobilisation info to employees Liaise with clients and internal teams to support mobilisation timelines Requirements & Experience Needed Relevant experience or qualifications in workforce administration or a related discipline Experience managing high volumes of admin tasks under tight deadlines Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure Positive, proactive mindset with problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Full Australian working rights How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the ‘Apply Now’ button to submit your application.
