About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to support the optimisation of our logistics, transport, and warehousing operations. This role will play a key part in analysing business processes, improving system performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes across transport, warehousing, and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Work closely with internal stakeholders and IT teams to support system enhancements and integrations Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational and financial decision-making Evaluate and improve Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Support implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements Conduct data analysis to optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve service delivery Skills & Experience Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business, Information Technology, or related field At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) Understanding of business process mapping and system analysis Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport industry is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us Work with a growing and dynamic logistics company Opportunity to contribute to large-scale operational improvements Supportive team environment with long-term career growth
