How you will contribute to our mission in getting Australia to space: The below is designed to give you an idea of the role you will play. There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do: Software Tools Management: Support the establishment, configuration and maintenance of the work management software tool suite used by all Programs, Departments and Support Functions – work with the IT Department and other company super users to set and maintain the configuration, system governance and operating policies and ensure user training is developed and delivered to support effective, company-wide use Provide support to all users of the work management software tool suite – this includes establishing and updating team configurations, assigning and updating permissions and providing day to day operational support as required Schedule Management: Maintain and operate the bridging software between the work management software tool and the Gilmour Space Technologies Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) – perform a weekly sync of the data, ensuring that the latest task progress is accurately incorporated into the IMS, and any change in the overall schedule requirements are counter-sync’d back into the work management software for the affected users Undertake analysis of the task progress data and provide advice on how the overall IMS may be positively or adversely impacted Extract schedule performance data on a weekly basis and generate charts ahead of all Program Schedule Performance Reviews Resource Management: Extract resourcing data (demand / supply / actuals) on a weekly basis from both the work management software tool suite and the IMS and update the Gilmour Space Technologies resourcing profile charts Program Governance: Provide support to the establishment and maintenance of other program management policies, procedures, systems and tools as required, as part of the overall Program Management governance framework (including, but not limited to: the operating rhythm, change management, risk, issue and opportunity management, schedule and financial performance management) Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Relevant experience in establishing, maintaining and/or operating business management software tools Thorough understanding of project management knowledge areas and concepts (scope and requirements definition, planning and scheduling, budgets, resource management, risk and quality management, stakeholder management) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience: We recognise you may not meet all of the below, but don’t let that deter you.
