The Team Leader, Fin Ops is responsible for managing and training the Disbursements team, maximizing individual strengths, and striving for excellence in customer service. Working closely with the Manager, Financial Operations the Team Leader, Fin Ops will be responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the Disbursements and Review departments and will ensure consignors are accurately compensated and in accordance with the company’s contractual obligations and ensures timely executed payments. The Team Leader, Fin Ops will oversee the company’s Disbursements of Auction proceeds for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Pty Ltd. and its affiliates. The Team Leader, Fin Ops will ensure compliance with liability recording and remittance controls and procedures. The Team Leader, Fin Ops will be responsible for the review and balancing of several key balance sheet accounts including but not limited to Auction proceeds, Holdbacks, Inventory and Advances.
