The Role As the Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s operations during the night shift. You will work closely with the Night Manager to ensure that all departments function smoothly, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, starting at 10:30 PM. You will be responsible for: Work with the Night Manager to oversee all night operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Lead the overnight team, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping. Resolve guest concerns and ensure a high standard of service. Monitor safety and security protocols, addressing any incidents promptly. Maintain accurate financial and administrative records. Manage overnight check-ins and check-outs, ensuring efficiency. Talent Profile Ideally you will have: Experience in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a 4- or 5-star environment. Experience with Opera Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Night Manager. Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional customer service focus. Flexible to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster.
