We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman/Site Manager for permanent/full-time, long-term commercial/civil projects to manage crews, formwork, steel fixing, and pours, ensuring high-quality finishes, OH&S compliance, and site scheduling. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Structures Foreman to lead concrete crews on high-performing commercial, civil, or infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate structural formwork site operations, including sub-contractors and direct labour. Quality Control: Ensure all concrete, formwork, and steel reinforcement meet structural specifications and engineering drawings. Project Scheduling: Coordinate materials, plant, and labour to meet project milestones. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OH&S policies and site safety protocols. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of concreters and labourers. ABOUT YOU: Proven experience as a Foreman/Site Manager or Leading Hand in concrete structures/formwork. Strong knowledge of commercial/civil concrete construction techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret structural drawings Civil operating tickets and WWC advantageous Carpentry / Formwork Qualification desired Relevant construction qualifications and tickets (e.g., White Card, HR License).
